I just got finished reading your book and I found it truly inspirational. I was raised in the Catholic religion and never really realized what you have to go through in your religion. It must take an awful lot of dedication! I wish you nothing but the best in your new life, you are very brave person!!
I also have just read this book and was raised in a different religious faith (Catholicism as well). I saw a review or some reference online and it sounded intriguing. It was a well written look at another world, basically. Perhaps, a sequel will be written that covers the part merely summarized in the last twenty or so pages. That period surely has a lot of stories too.
Loving the book! As a gay outsider whose relatives became frum, I have had the advantage of entering both worlds - seeing the joy of a tight community and the pain of anyone who feels "other" in that community.
Thank you for sharing such wonderful information. There are so many unknown facts and knowledge I have got in your article. I was not aware of these facts yet. However, I have done so much research and written an article on Study in Columbia University.Visit our website Get Admission Abroad to read that article.
Wow! Good for you for accepting yourself. I am a teen girl, still in the Chabad-Lubavitch community but in the process of leaving. I find your story very inspiring in my struggle. Thank you for sharing.
Excellent book, I could not put it down! As I am Jewish, I saw my religion in a completely different way. I am so very glad that you are able to live your life as it should be. Your perseverance and courage is remarkable.
Excellent book, I could not put it down. It was really interesting learning about your culture. I found your story very inspiring. Your book was a suggested read from a person who just transitioned to man.He is so happy now. Wishing you much happiness and love.
